Though the capital of Seln, Linis, is quite small, more of a town than a city. Population 6000. Many of its citizens are on the royal council. The Twin Kings reside here but have few complaints with their capital's size. Joke that councilors of Linis run Seln like a small town- if you have a complaint, just walk to the castle’s back door and shout and one of the Twin Kings will answer. There are lots of copper mines at Jhedorah, much Seln business is conducted there. Linis is at a former gold mine, but there’s almost none left. Small dwellings, no fortifications.
