Nulaan is one of the Seven, sister to Sidaria, Callnera, and the
notorious Jixil. She makes her home on a private island, floating
on beautiful Lake Lushana. The ruler of the oceans, waterways, and
all sea life, Nulaan is powerful, lovely, and capricious. She instructs
her subjects in the use of magic, prompting them to cast their spells
through nearly invisible crystals of salt. Mermaids, undines, kelpies,
and sea worms are just a few of her devoted subjects.
